Team Illuminate is a youth-driven environmental organization transforming how young people learn, lead, and act for the planet. We believe that when young people understand the environment, they are better equipped to protect it. That’s why we work with students, educators, and youth leaders to strengthen environmental literacy, amplify youth-led climate action, and build a culture of responsibility and innovation in schools and communities.
Our approach combines education, storytelling, and action, empowering youth with the knowledge, tools, and opportunities to create change where they are.

History
Our Story
Team Illuminate began as a simple idea that young people can be the light the planet needs.
From small recycling drives in schools by a 15-year-old girl to international collaborations across 14 countries, we’ve grown into a thriving community of changemakers united by one goal:to protect the planet through action, education, and collaboration.
Through our programs like the Green Student Program, Climate Story Café, and Green Education Program, we’re shaping a generation of informed, active, and resilient young environmental leaders.
