No single organization can tackle the climate crisis alone. The scale and complexity of environmental challenges demand collaboration across sectors, expertise, and communities. Yet too often, organizations working toward similar goals operate in silos, duplicating efforts, competing for resources, and missing opportunities to amplify each other’s work.

Young people, meanwhile, remain underrepresented in major environmental initiatives not because they lack interest or capability, but because pathways for meaningful participation don’t exist or aren’t visible to them. Without partnerships that bridge these gaps, we leave both impact and potential on the table.
